Shipping Policies

Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground Service or UPS Air from our manufactures/suppliers directly to you.  This eliminates the costly overhead of the retail stores.   You can expect your order one to seven business days.  UPS does not count weekends or do they deliver on weekends.  If it's a high season for shipping and  purchasing, then this may cause a delay in shipping and UPS shipping times.  Costs are based on the shipping  charged to us by the supplier.  Make sure you have provided the correct address where you want the merchandise delivered.  Failure to do so will cause a delay in shipping plus you must pay a fee to finally have product sent to right address.  We do not ship internationally.

Return Policy

All returns MUST have RA (Return Authorization Number).  Please contact us and we will give you the RA number plus the appropriate shipping form.  Products MUST be returned in the original package back to
the supplier; freight pre-paid.  Proof of purchase must be enclosed in the return shipping along with a written letter explaining  the reason merchandise has been returned.  Please E-Mail us proof of purchase
at  support@tentsforpro.com.  Please make sure all parts are included in package and the merchandise MUST be clean or it will affect any credit you have.  


Backorder Policy    

We will notify you of any back orders and will hold your order up to 30 days.   If you choose to cancel any back orders within those 30 days, please notify us in writing.  A refused back order with out approval will
cost a 15% fee.  We will do everything in our control to ensure you top rate service and satisfaction.


Damaged Goods Policy

Inspect all shipments on receiving delivery.  Check for any damage to merchandise. If you find that your shipment was damaged in transit, immediately contact and make a claim with the carrier.  (Who delivered your merchandise).  It is their responsibility to resolve your claim.  Please call AC's Marketing and make us aware of the problem immediately.  We will also notify our suppliers of the problem. Privacy Statement
